Description

Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, savory, and perfect for any night of the week. Featuring seasoned ground beef, perfectly cooked rotini, and a rich, velvety garlic Parmesan cream sauce, this dish is family-friendly and wonderfully indulgent. Simple to prepare, yet full of bold flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces rotini pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Break it up as it cooks, then drain any excess fat and set aside.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In the same skillet used for beef, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, not browned.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a light simmer. Let it reduce and thicken slightly, about 3 minutes.

5. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

6. Add the cooked rotini and ground beef to the sauce. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure to use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest, creamiest sauce—bagged pre-shredded cheeses don’t melt the same.

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating leftovers to bring the sauce back to life.

For extra richness, stir in 2 ounces of cream cheese after adding the heavy cream.
