Description
Creamy Alfredo sauce hugs every bowtie noodle in this rich and satisfying pasta dish, featuring savory ground beef and a hint of garlic. It’s easy to make, quick to prep, and always a family favorite.
Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Break it up as it cooks for 6–8 minutes.
3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
4. Reduce heat to low and pour in Alfredo sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add a splash of pasta water or milk if the sauce is too thick.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, use ground turkey and light Alfredo sauce.
Don’t overcook the pasta—al dente works best to avoid sogginess when mixing with sauce.
Freshly chopped parsley adds a nice pop of flavor and color, but it’s optional.
