Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs or breasts
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cucumbers
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Olive oil or neutral oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim and dry chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and marinate in garlic powder, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for 30 minutes (optional).
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
  4. Prepare romaine lettuce, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions.
  5. Assemble bowls: add lettuce, cucumbers, and chicken. Drizzle with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
