Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Romaine lettuce
- Cucumbers
- Green onions

- Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Trim and dry chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and marinate in garlic powder, soy sauce, and rice vinegar for 30 minutes (optional).
