Description

Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti is the ultimate comfort food mashup—classic spaghetti meets rich, creamy cheese sauce baked to golden perfection. With layers of seasoned meat sauce, melted cheese, and a luscious cream cheese base, it’s hearty, satisfying, and surprisingly easy to make. Great for family dinners, potlucks, or freezing ahead for a no-fuss meal later.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz spaghetti pasta

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 lb ground beef

3 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

4. Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.

5. In the pot with the drained spaghetti, stir in softened cream cheese until well coated.

6. In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half the cream cheese spaghetti, then half the meat sauce. Repeat.

7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Let cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing.

Don’t overcook the pasta—it’ll cook a bit more in the oven.

Add a splash of marinara before reheating leftovers to keep them moist.
