Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 large eggs
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Olive oil spray

Instructions
1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, then pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
