Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 to 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan cheese. Whisk until fully melted and smooth.
